Danish design favourite, Fredericia, have recently launched ‘Complements’, a series of new smaller collectable interior pieces designed to last, and be loved, for generations to come.
Created to ‘complement’, their main furniture portfolio, which includes iconic designs such as Børge Mogensen’s Spoke-Back Sofa, Nanna Ditzel’s Trinidad Chair and Jens Risom’s Magazine Table, Frederica have once again collaborated with a carefully chosen group of leading contemporary designers from Denmark and beyond on their latest must-have range.
Rooted in the brand’s long-held passion for quality materials, attention to detail and long-lasting functionality, these collectable products are as useful as they are beautiful.
Whether working in the finest wood, superior stainless steel or high-end leather, Fredericia products are always a celebration of craftsmanship.
As part of the Complements collection there are perfectly proportioned side tables, that would look instantly at home in any interior, striking leather or wool poufs to rest our weary feet on, as well as a selection of mirrors, lamps, and ceramics.
My personal favourites are the walnut framed ‘Silouhette’ mirrors from Danish design studio OEO, the grooved travertine ‘Locus’ bowl from ceramicist Sofie Østerby and the sleek limestone silhouette of the ‘Meadow’ lamp by the renowned, Space Copenhagen.
Whichever piece from Fredericia’s Complements collection you choose to invest in now, you can be sure that it will have been crafted with care and last a lifetime.
