This week, Nordic Notes was featured in the Autumn 2019 edition of Neoque magazine.
Neoque is a new publication about women for women, celebrating their beauty, creativity and achievements whatever their age.
I was thrilled when Editor in Chief and Creative Director, Paola Ghidotti got in touch over the summer and asked me to collaborate with her on a feature for their next edition dedicated to what ‘home’ means to me – which you can read here.
Neoque is such an inspirational read and features something everyone will enjoy, whether it’s fashion, architecture, travel or interiors.
Here’s my piece as featured in Neoque;
Home Sweet Home
Home is where the heart is, so the old saying goes.
As clichéd as this may sound, there really is no place quite like it.
Home is the one place we can all take refuge from the busy world around us; where love, care and thoughtfulness rule.
Between these four walls life happens. It’s sometime messy, sometimes difficult, sometimes filled with uncertainty. Yet every cherished photograph, book or vase joins together like pieces in a puzzle to create a home that truly reflects the people that live there.
