It’s safe to say that every time I pass by Villa Copenhagen I dream of one day staying there. Dating back to 1912, this former Central Post and Telegraph Head Office has now become one of THE destinations for anyone and everyone visiting the Danish capital since it opened in 2020.
Nestled behind the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek and perfectly placed across the road from the iconic Tivoli Gardens, I now have yet another reason for this grand neo-Baroque building to be at the top of my hotel wish-list, as its Residential Suite has recently been decorated by Ferm Living.
Designed to be your home away from home and comprising of two en-suite king-sized bedrooms, connected by a bespoke living area, this carefully curated space feels equally cosy and luxurious.
Testament to Ferm Living’s much-loved sense of style, the Residential Suite mixes comforting soft forms and rich textures with curious one-off pieces and unexpected details.
A true celebration of travel and design, during their stay Villa Copenhagen guests get to enjoy and experience for themselves some of my own Ferm Living favourites. From enjoying a morning coffee at the perfectly placed ‘Mineral’ dining table, which is framed by an impressive gallery wall; to spending time working at the beautiful ‘Feve’ desk, resting and relaxing on the iconic ‘Rico’ sofa; before falling into a bed piled high with super soft ‘Lay’ cushions.
As Ferm Living would say, it’s certainly a space to feel comfortably you.
